Adjustable table for mail sorting

I've got some mail sorters asking for solutions and I could use some help. The mail sorting operation is on a console that is too low for some sorters to work comfortably. The mail bins are on top of this console like a hutch and if we raise the worksurface to 42" some of the shorter mail sorters will have to reach too far.

I was looking at something like an automatic overbed table that the taller sorters could use to sort mail on. It would slip right under one side of the console and be easily height adjustable. Most overbed tables only come with 30" long table tops. I would like to find a table top or worksurface that is at least 40 long that will go up and down easily

Is there another product that would work better for this and look more appropriate? Of course, we have limited space to move things around

Could you raise the bench and get shorter sorters to stand on something?
