I have pretty bad posture, and I have a herniated disc in my neck, and I work on a computer for long periods of time. I want to get a new chair and am considering the following:
Freedom chair
because it has a headrest, though the headrest only provides supports when you lean back

Embody chair
Because it provides so much flexibility

1. Does anyone have any thoughts on my two choices for my specific condition?
2. Can anyone make any other recommendations?
Thanks!
Hi,
One I would recommend would be the Aircentric (by ergocentric) with the articulating head rest (you can see a pic of the headrest here: http://www.ergocentric.com/catalogue.asp?id=76)
The benefit of this type of headrest is that you can pull it in to you, without having to lean back to use it, and when you dont need it, you can push it out of the way. You dont want to rely on a head support all the time or you'll lose some of the strength in your neck.
