A travelling therapist is asking, “I spend a great deal of my day driving from one appointment to the next. My car seat pushes my shoulders into a protracted position, and the seat does not have lower lumbar adjustment. I often feel like I have to actively push my head back into a neutral position. Do you have any recommendations for car seat posture support?”
