    Dear List Members:

Is anyone aware of any US State that recognizes whole body vibration related spinal or musculoskeletal disorders/injuries as a compensible injury?  I know a number of countries in Europe recognize whole body vibration in compensibility issues but the case in the US is a lot less clear.

Thanks in advance for any information you have or can direct me to.
