I have several employees who draw on a 30" HP LP3065 Monitor/Tablet.  Many of them are beginning to have problems with their shoulders, neck, and wrists because of the minute work they do while holding the weight of the actual monitor.  The size of this piece is non negotiable however it makes it very difficult to manipulate in order to work on.  Does anyone have any ideas or solutions which they have discovered?  Perhaps design firms or business which work in graphics or art have used such pieces and have ideas for possible solutions.  The idea I propsed was an easily manipulated arm which holds the monitor however this did not allow the artist to get the monitor into the same position which they could if they were holding it.
