I am designing a paint overhead conveyor and I want to position the parts at a good working height, so that I can reduce strain in shoulders, neck, and back. Looking for upper and lower limits. The average height of the worker that I am working with is 5’8″ which would make the shoulders around 59″ high and elbow height around 45″. Paint equipment 15 oz and has hoses attached. Tool balances are being looked at.
