I am looking for a standing lean device for use in an industrial environment for an employee to lean against to take weight of the feet.   Do not want a chair or sit stand that allows horizontal seat which encourages sitting without back support and reaching/twisting to perform work.    Tasks require stationary standing with some movement every few minutes.    It needs to be height adjustable (quick), angled seat, and non slippery surface.   Any recommendations?  Also, any experience with Kango stand up seat or Move Chair by Varier?

I recently came across a stool from Ergocentric that you want to check out at http://www.ergocentric.com/product.asp?id=170&cid=9.  It has the features you are looking for and the seat pan is coated (portion of seat or the entire seat) with a non-slip coating that is puncture resistant).  It looks promising for several of my clients.
