I am dealing with complaints of glare in the office.  We have currently moved into an "open work environment".    Facilities have removed one bulb from the lights to decrease the brightness.  The reading at the desks are around 45 candles.  The issue is the glare from the flourescent lights.  Looking for filter options that could be placed in the light fixture.

    We are using T8 bulbs.

Any recommendations or "light" on this subject would be greatly appreciated.  :)

Haven’t tried this product yet-just learned about it & the samples seemed to work-probably worth checking out: Natura Filter products: http://www.naturalux.com by IntelliLux. They have overlay lens and tube guard sleeves.
