Need suggestions for use laptop in the car

We have all our clinicians in home health doing point-of-care documentation. Frequently they have to document in their laptops in the car. Some are complaining about the poor ergonomics doing this. Any suggestions?

There are various mobile stands that are adjustable. For longer time frame use in their vehicle I have recommended they use the passenger side to allow for more room.
