Re-usable plastic tote boxes with good handles?

Does anyone know of a source for tote boxes with built-in lids and comfortable handles? I'm working with our local library system and they move a lot of books from branch to branch. They've been able to find totes that are about the right size – about 19"x14"x9" – but the handles either don't have enough clearance for fingers or they have finger indents or fairly sharp edges that make them uncomfortable.
