    Webbers:

I’m interested in open-source or open-access images depicting stretches designed for office workers and core strengthening exercises for people in general.

Any format is fine, including electronic, web-hosted material like this yoga pose finder.

    Thanks

As a start, Wolff, the American Physical Therapy Association offers many downloadable brochures informing about posture and stabilizing muscles.

    Hope this is a springboard.

    Be well,

We have images of 36 stretches for office workers.

You can look at here as a poster.

    http://paratec.com/images/36_stretches_for_web.jpg

I can make the image files available for free in several sizes and formats including a pdf image that will show nicely as a 19 x 13 poster.

Let me know the size and I will post it for downloading.

Just wanted to let the Para technology folks that I visited your site and sent an email about 10 days ago requesting information and never heard back from anyone. I would like the pictures to post in our PTA Program lab as well as the possibility of purchasing the software for our lab in the future. I asked if you have “desk copy” type programs to give to folks that might be promoting this in their clients. Hoping you can help me out.

    Thanks

Sorry about the delay but we were upgrading the poster.

It includes 36 stretches for office workers and is now available for free at:

    http://www.paratec.com/sbform/36_stretches_poster_downloadform.htm

The image is formatted for a 13 x 19 poster but can easily be printed on an 8.5 x 11 sheet.
